The challenge

Three years after its opening, San Marino Outlet Experience must confirm its attractiveness and positioning as a shopping destination, measuring up against a changing and articulated catchment area.

A local, restricted catchment to which it is necessary to communicate continuous reasons for visiting to support footfall throughout the year.

A catchment extended to 75 minutes with which to further awareness, cementing the relationship to incentivise a visit.

And finally, a tourist audience within 35 minutes during the summer months and for which it is necessary to introduce itself and attract them to the Centre when staying locally only six nights.
